Before we did links, some people would have 10+ emails signed up and give themselves extra codes to then share around for trading and stuff. I haven't looked at numbers or anything, but also I know neither have you so we both are speculating, which is why I'm curious to hear your viewpoint

considering they can get all the bots to up and downvote the suggestions pretty quickly, it would be much more trivial to iterate though every member in the server and ping them.
and considering there isnt any slowmode in most channels (not that that would even be an issue, as they can just alternate between channels) and mass ping people. (most bots have a rate limit of about 50rqs / sec, not sure if users also fall into that category?) but 150,000 / (50 * 41) would be about ~73 seconds to ping every user in the server

even with a 1 minute slowmode, lets ballpack each user can send ~2k charactesrs, user ids are ~18 chars, plus the addition <@> chars, 21 ~ 95 users per message * 41 3.9k users per single message by the 41 users (that i counted, may be wrong). and that is only in one channel.
on top of that they can send direct messages to (those who have allow direct messages) if they wanted which wouldnt be cough as fast

either way, large amount of user bots isnt a good thing to keep around

im personally not too worried about it, but still just not a great thing to be lurking around especially if it could be prevented.
