A lot of people think that we exist just to ban some cheaters or bots but actually no. Some others people think that a lot of us get rewarded a lot for doing almost nothing which isn't the case. Everyone have his life, his priorities. If some aren't very active these days, i won't tell names, they have their reasons and i think if you would have known some, your way of thinking about us will be a little different. Eggforcers also get blamed when they do some mistakes but we are human, not robot. Everyone is happy to have an eggforcer helping when one or more are available. Then, you said that there is a lack of eggforcers and that we should get more. But the thing is that you can't become eggforcer in the blink of an eye. Many people suggest themselves or some others people without knowing actually what's the exact job of an eggforcer, what rules he needs to respect and all the conditions you need to fill to become one. When you're eggforcer you have responsibilities and you need to be serious enough so the devs are sure that they can trust you.
So next time you want to tell something that's wrong in eggforcers work, think twice and see if what you're gonn say really need to be said

Give quests/challenges a rework, they feel very repetitive and they usually take like 5 minutes to do and then you don’t feel like playing anymore

Maybe make it so you could get some cheap skins or stamps from challenges and give eggs instead if the player already has it. I think that even though the eggs are technically better because you get to choose what to spend them on, the skins are a straight up reward and new players might be like, “I just need 50 kills for this new stamp” vs “I get 50 more kills for 1000 eggs”

Give rewards for milestones on your profile. You could even make custom skins for massive milestones like 100k, 250k, and so on for kills and more. This would give long term players a way to show their dedication to the game, not just by being around for 6 years, but by actively playing

guys listen up its a good on i think. !suggestion create a new game mode where you get to fight egg org. sounds dumb just wait. every year bwd adds the egg org update, this year was the into the shadows i think. you, your team and the other team will be versing diablo. he should have 2500 health, and a teams lobby will be competing to kill him. red team and blue team will try to to be the one to kill him. the two teams can kill each other and both steal each others damage, (exp. if the blue team has been shooting and got diablo to lets say 300hp, red team can come in and shoot the last few rounds to take the dub. everytime diablo kills someone, he gains 100 health. in stead of his username above his slightly bigger egg, it will show a giant health bar. but make the ai for diablo actually good and not like our lobby BOTS. if a player can defeat him 10 times within a day, they will be able to claim a challange which gives them an exclusive gun skin, this starts at ak, and everytime you complete it moves up a gun. so i did my first 5 i get the ak ekin, do another 5 and i get scrambler and so on.

The prize you get is determined before you even click an egg - if you reload the page before cracking an egg, the prize you get will be awarded anyways. Hmmm, not entirely true. The devs definitely still care abou the community, and they're active here and have conversations and involve themselves all the time. I agree that they definitely don't read suggestions on a daily basis, and while they might consider something that gets DM'd to them or directly told to them, the chance of them seeing anything in #💡・suggestions is low
