For the sugar shock app from Blue wizard. There is MASSIVE glitch or even a bug. I'm f you watch an add, it an add pops up. It only pops up in the bottom left. The rest of the screen is saying, "loading". Look at these screen shots.

it means that your twitch account is linked to your shell account (for twitch drops) - its not a bug lol
click on the twitch logo and it'll take you to the twitch drops page

It’s probably something to do with whether you create it via email or not. If you use Google or Facebook, the pfp from those accounts probably carries over to the Shell Shockers account. I haven’t used my Gmail account for Shell in like two years so I honestly couldn’t tell you how exactly it works

I have been playing ShellShock.io for a while now, and I monthly receive a mail, The New Yolker. But I have a problem when I want to claim the free eggs or the free item. I click on the link, it leads me to a new shellshock.io tab with my profile opened, but it doesn't give me the rewards. Anyone knows how to fix that?

It should. You might just have to wait a while for it to fully register/load. And if you've already claimed a new yolker for that update to your account it won't work

Do you have another finger on the screen to aim? Having a finger on the move joystick is fine, but if you try to look around with a different finger while charging a grenade that will happen. The intended method is just to hold grenade and use the finger to look around.
We are implementing a toggle for that feature, it was designed for people who only use their two thumbs so they didnt have to choose to stop moving or looking around to throw a grenade

i believe the reason for this is each month you can redeem the monthly and the mid monthly (as they are no longer codes) you can only redeem them once per month.
so now if you wait a month to redeem them i dont think you can get them

From what I've gathered it can happen if your account session is invalid, your game join packet is invalid (corrupted login data close codes), you are being blocked/rate limited by the server, the ws server is blocked locally

if you read the changelog, then you would see (like the others above me have said) that one of them is an eggk-47 and the other is an aug. You should also be able to see it in the "Shop" tab for specific classes and it would also tell you what it is when you click the buy button - I can definitely see why it's misleading.

Yuppppppp we have "fixed" that twice now and it turns out we did not, but there no rhyme or reason for it, so even if I join 100 games and never see it and confirm it is fixed, it still shows up every now and then :c

oh there's a minor bug with the gun selection. if you join a match and switch guns while it's loading in, the ingame menu displays the gun you switched to but you have the old gun you joined the match with equipped. opeing inventory or swaping guns clears this

a lot of issues with adblockers detecting loading screens as ads.
i had an issue where it removed the dark background and it would also remove loading screens etc. but disabling cosmetic filtering seemed to fix everything for me

That can happen if your computer is a little slower and does not receive the actual ping before it loads.

I do not know if this bug was already reported, but I will put it here anyways since I found the loophole to it.

To put it short, if you do not have vip and have the ad blocker on (darn you ads nearly doxxing me) the pop up that occurs before the game every here and then shows up, and if you click on any name in the lobby while the pop is still there, the user options pop up shows up behind it, you won't notice it until the pop up goes away, you can see it below the menu before playing the game, and when you do play, it just sits in your face awkwardly, this happens every time you get an Ad and choose to click a name in the user list, so it is easily repeatable. Easy way to not have that happen is to not click a name while the Ad pops up (I did first time because there was a dupe name of me in lobby). But yeah minor bug.

It's set to "Summer" on staging but I assume the version on dev is what gets pushed to the live site, I'm probably wrong though.

Setting it to Summer on Staging is jsut to make sure the items are tagged properly and show up with that tag, and nothing is missed, so we often don't do it for each environment

Not POSITIVE what you're talking about, but going to assume you mean when you jump and miss a jump, and end up on the ground but then get teleported, and that's jsut due to net-code. Essentially your computer says you missed the jump, but the network says you didn't, so your computer teleports you back when it syncs to the network

Not exactly; it's an issue with the net code where your computer thinks you missed the jump but the network doesn't, so when your computer tries to sync with the network it goes "Oh dang, guess I was wrong, lemme fix that"

I can't say for certain if it's supposed to be that high, generally it caps at 1000 for when it can't get an accurate ping. Judging by your ping on NA servers though, my guess is that you're located there, so hopefully shouldn't be much of a problem for you

I would say clear cache, remove many files that you do not need to free ram. Basically go through all of your files and delete ones you don't need

So. O dont think this is a wofi problem. But o have been getting 800 ping consistantly for the past 4 days on sudney server. Hard reoaded and cleared cache nothing has worksd. On a wifi speed test i got 18ms. So please fix

for ping, usually not. logs mostly show when calls are made to the server to retrieve something, like a menu or a connection, but something like constant pings to the server for connection speed would likely itself slow the computer down, so they are not recorded in it

Unfortunately, it isn't something as simple as "fixing the game."

To eliminate the issue, we would need everyone who played the game to effectively be on the same internet , in the same location, on the same server, etc etc.

Once you start spreading people throughout the world, and having servers a different distance from each of them, and add in different internet providers with different internet packages in different places with different population densities... it gets tricky

the shot before that you can see after the hit that he once again took a bit of damage and had come more cracks on him

Each of these videos when slowed down you either missed them or shot them in a low damage or non-kill spot

true, although if you have higher ping expect your shots to not always land. for instance a lot of my shots land and dont kill but im also usually sitting at 120-180ms and the player usually moves.

And like Grif said, the higher the ping the more likely you are to get a blank. Your ping seemed fine in the videos though
