I tried that bypassing the login with google but thats just how the google account was set up. If you contact [e-mail] , they will help you with an account transfer so you can login with the account you want. That should solve your problem

that is a comment error through the Shell purchase database. That just means xsolla has blocked your account, all you have to do is submit a report and they will happily unblock and you will be able to purchase your VIP :)

If the google account didn't exist, it still would log in to SOMETHING; you could theoretically make a login at "ajnasakdsakonoa@saodnoasd" and it would create the account and save your data

Not sure of the context of the screenshot, but this can be done pretty easily if you have lots of items and jsut take the screenshot before the game loads enough

If you have lots of hats or stamps, the inventory screen will be a little slow, so your model will load before your equipped items will catch up

Well, I can't say FOR SURE this is the problem, but it is kindof sounding like it

I think your security certificate might be expired

In September of last year, an internet security certificate expired, which ALL computers used to access certain features on the internet. Newer computers just renewed it and it wasn't an issue, but older ones did not and left the certificate expired

This was caused by an expired SSL certificate that caused security validation issues.
The fix for this is to grab a new certificate, which can be done in a different way depending on if you're on Windows or Mac.

FOR MAC:
Download the ISRG Root X1 certificate file from http://x1.i.lencr.org/
Open the Keychain Access app and drag that file into the System folder of that app.
Find the ISRG Root X1 certificate in System and double click on it, open the Trust menu and change "Use System Defaults" to "Always Trust", then close that and enter your password to confirm the change (if prompted).

I BELIEVE the version number was not updated, so it shouldn't force an update, have to manually do it. It was fixed a few days after the patch, but upping the version number would put it out of sync

Ive tried playing on 3 different browsers. I main Syd server which is where im getting the high ping. On sg server i get even higher ping and all other servers i get around 500. (SG is about 400). Whenever i normally play on SG server i usually get about 100-120

Not rlly a huge bug but when you look at your eggs shadow on all maps its completely solid except for one place on the castle map. Heres what it normally looks like. In most maps

It only occurs at the bottom of the ladders at Suapah pushed into the corner

We are looking to add those toggles, but wanted to see what the experience was like in the wild, since we only have a limited amount of opinions in-studio and wanted a bigger sample size of views.

We didn't notice the glitchy jerky movements, unless you are referring to when you activate two "look" triggers at the same time. Is this what you mean, or with just one finger looking were you having glitchy forced aiming?

This Inventory issue, do you have any more info on it? was it in every match, were you signed in, was it only the one time? Did it occur after death, first time entering a match etc?

I asked this when I was discussing it initially in that chat, but I'll ask again here; Why is it unplayable to just not look around with your other finger while holding the grenade button? I'm sure you have your reason, I just can't imagine it as a two-thumb-player myself 😛

we definitely don't want to limit how many finger inputs a player can do, per se, jsut trying to understand so we can form a better idea of what is working and isn't, and how to change what isn't

we want to make the best experience for everyone, so we were trying to improve the two-finger experience since it was kinda bad having to stop moving or aiming just to throw a grenade, or have to stop moving to aim and shoot, or stop aiming to move and shoot, etc

and our HOPE was it was acceptable for multi-finger players, but clearly we missed the mark. First step to that would be the toggle

it isn't like an aimbot that finds targets and locks to them, jsut makes it easier to not lose an enemy when you don't have the versatility and precision of a mouse

I’ve used an Afterglow controller (Switch compatible) on my chromebook and it worked fine… it just unbinds your controller from the console, and vise versa

And it didn’t have any input lag 🙂
