I think there may be an issue with US West servers for Shell Shockers, ping spikes every 13-18 seconds from 40ms to 300ms

Many of the usual players on the US West servers report the same issue

The consistent lag spikes started around Friday night/Saturday morning

I'm playing US East and ping is the normal 95ms and stable. US Central is 75ms and stable

they did that on purpose so that you don't buy anything on staging, staging isn't even intended to be used by normal players in the first place so that particular report doesn't need to be here

your egg count is probably also 0 on staging, that's intentional

yes, like Infinite said, we often will have Staging and sometimes Dev on a separate databse, so your accounts don't transfer over. this stops us from corrupting accounts, and from potential exploits/issues of people moving items they shouldnt have over to live servers

Some devices on the lower end with like 30+ms of lag can have difficulty registering two buttons at once, or if you're trying to use the fire button with a rapid fire weapon your phone can register the holding of the shoot button as a "long press" instead (evidenced by a slight rumble from your phone).

For your issue of being unable to move the fire button, I don't know what to tell you, thats really weird. I know that some times the button has an odd detection radius on lower phones, so maybe try grabbing it at different parts of the button.

it wasn't like that before; thats part of a new thing we did to reduce memory used. it increases load times, but admittedly does add a bit of lag when loading tabs with lots of items, specifically hats and stamps

the less items you have in the tab though, the better; my main account can browse the shop with zero lag as theres usually only 1 or two items in it to buy. It's Inventory though takes a bit (maybe 2 seconds?) because i have all the ahts and stamps

Yeah it doesn't work on violent egg. you need to be able to see ads for it to give you ads. Since violentegg has no ads, the free egg system treats it as having the ads blocked

Or at the very least, whatever the cause is, we can't figure it out. We have no real way of figuring out why the local servers are laggy for the local people, but not for the foreign people. We have looked at the servers, traced log-ins and play sessions in the backend logs, and everything checks out that it SHOULD be working perfectly, and whenever we log into a game, it is

the only logical conclusion is theres some factor that the locals of germany/sg servers share that NA players don't

everyone uses same browsers, same computers, same game/URL. the only real difference is your geographical location and your internet service provider

Alright well, if it works in other browsers, but not in Chrome, it seems Chrome is the issue. typically, chrome has not had problems, so there must be something else about chrome causing this, though what it is I have no clue (hence wanting you to try incognito, without cache or extensions_. Try disabling all of your extensions and seeing if it works, and if it does, try re-enabling them a few at a time and seeing when it stops

Also start with a cache clear, jsut for safety

What likely happened was you opened the game and weren't signed in, so it gave the grenade to an anonymous account. when you signed in, you deleted the account with the grenade. Since the problem is that the alignment of the text is dependent on the size of the text container (which increases with the size of the video name), you can just set the box the video name is width to 100% so the aligned text will always be in the proper spot
