Yep! Sometimes you just have to refresh. You can also go to your twitch drops inventory on Twitch (profile icon in upper right -> click on "Drops") and make sure you've claimed the drop

One thing to check is make sure you are signed into the Shell account that is linked to your Twitch. May be obvious but I made that mistake haha

Just be patient and wait out the 48 hours at this point

We're not sure why it wouldn't redeem right away, but we gotta rule out that it could just be taking some extra time. Up to 48 hours is officially what Twitch says (as far as I know) so it's safest to just wait that long and see what happens.

On mine, I additionally have a button to "claim now" on a fully earned drop, or "Connect" on non-earned drops. If any of those buttons come up for you, it's worth making sure you're signed in to ShellShock.io, and then clicking on those buttons on Twitch (especially Claim Now if you see that)

Did you do the full 3 hours or did you already have more than 1 hour on the streamer from before drops were activated? Watchtime from before the drops started does not count in the 3 hour time period.

Go to your inventory and then if it shows you do not have the full time, watch for the rest of the time needed

Last thing - 1% of 3 hours is 1.8 minutes! So, if you want to figure out how much more time you have to watch a streamer, multiply 1.8 by the percent you have to watch! (Example: If you have 27% left on BWD, multiply 1.8 by 27 = 48.6 !

I would say try out what Cat mentioned. So, try going to Shellshock.io/twitch, and unlink. Then on: https://www.twitch.tv/settings/connections scroll town to "other connections" and also force/make sure Twitch is disconnected from "Shell Drops". Do a hard refresh, and then try reconnecting.

It's worth a shot, though I don't know for certain that it will fix it, I know someone else mentioned that worked for them.

I wish I could help more, but it's not jsut our issue, it's twitches as well; as far as we can tell, everything is working perfectly. You linked your account fine, you watched the stream and earned the item, and every other one was given to you just fine. somewhere in the process of twitch giving you the item and us acknowledging that, something broke, and the only real way to fix it is to keep refreshing that connection

its a tricky issue. It happens so rarely that we can never be 100% sure we fixed it. We dug through the code and found possible reasons, and implemented fixes for those things, but even if we tried it 100 games, we could very possibly never see it and think we fixed it and then it rears its head again, which is what happened (though I admit, I did not test it 100 times, more like 15 over the course of the update, and then probably another 30-50 times since it went live)

Few reasons this can happen; sometimes it's because you have an item from Staging on that isn't in the live game, so when the game tries to laod your profile thats signed in, it jsut fails and stops trying. Usually incognito will fix this since it loads shell without your account signed in. Once it does, sign into your account and then take off all your items or swap them for default items, and it should fix your regular game

Another thing that can happen, that I don't really have a cause or cure for, is that your google profile will jsut stop working with shell. It happened to me, and no matter what I did, it jsut would not load Shell. Other chrome profiles worked though. and that jsut fixed itself randomly for me as well

Theres also a bug thats really annoying. In the menu, if you change from one weapon to another, and press play, you spawn in seeing the weapon you switched to, but your weapon works like the first weapon, not the switched one.

Very minor visual bug i noticed, but for the purple eye stamp in the shop, you can see there is a bit of white space on the eyebrow, and if the egg gets turned to the left far enough you can see a faint slight line at the tip of the eyebrow

also shows up in inventory

This also applies to a few other stamps as well such as the new years clock stamp and the christmas reindeer stamp

Assuming you're playing on Android, I believe there was an issue where they didn't update the play store when we updated the game (even though we submitted our build and were approved) so android may be out of sync with the server at the time you posted this

That means that I can't do a whole lot to help you, you will need to contact Xsolla about it

It's because the middle part of the brown blocks are slightly raised (compared to the black border) which makes the zone get cut off - they might have to tweak those certain blocks but that's just how it's always been

Depends; in most cases the lag is focused on the individual, so theres things that the person experiencing the lag can do. if it's a constant lag, it might mean you're playing on a server too far from your location so you can choose a more local server.
If it's spiking a lot, check if other people are experiencing it at the same time. If so, might be a server lag and you can let us know, we can look into it. If it's jsut you, you might have a program or process running that is sapping some memory or bandwidth, or your internet provider may be having issues

Well, the game ISN'T laggy, as a general rule; I myself never lag on my home server. As such, if you are experiencing lag, it is more than likely that there are local issues for you to diagnose and resolve

Very low FPS is likely a sign of being in SwiftShader mode, where your graphics aren't hardware-accelerated. Enter chrome://gpu in your address bar, look for GL_RENDERER, and see if it says SwiftShader
