well mobile has some more development and work to do since it isn't 100% like the version on computer. This happens all the time in mobile

the ammo spawning should not be a mobile specific thing, since it uses same maps. Ammo spawning outside the map is a thing with the map itself.
Ammo can technically spawn wherever it wants to in a map, by design. we have to do things to each specific block we do not want it to spawn on, and I guess we missed one.
If you see any more, let us know!

ok this needs to be fixed idk if its a glitch or not but shell never did this before and it has lead to the new most annoying type player in shell for p90 and shotgun users and all guns in general. This involves using a rpg (or any gun) and whenever your about to get killed you just press the escape button and take no dmg. This means whenever your about to lose a fight you can just press escape and literally not die and its the most god dam annoying thing ever at least i can kill hackers but i cant even do that when ppl do this

Invisible nade has had a few weird causes. All of them should, theoretically, be fixed if you just swap your grenade and back again.

I have heard reports of this ad thing, haven't been able to track it down but thanks for providing a screenshot! makes it easier to show people 🙂

The bajillion dollar grenade is an issue where, if you own everything we have to offer you in that section, it will instead show you a random Premium item for an insane price

Yeah unfortunately, this is not a problem with our game, but with the actual ad provider. What this means is that, while it is "our problem" and something we are working to fix for you, it isn't something we can fix ourselves and have to get in touch with the ad provider and get them to fix it. As such, I can't give you a date to when it will be fixed, but we have already contacted them.
In the mean time, just keep dealing with it as best you can (shameless plug: Did you know you don't see ads with VIP?)

Been known for a bit, but its a kinda weird thing to fix.

The simple thing would be to jsut keep your score shown when you swap teams, but I think that causes issues in CTS.

Another option would be treating a team swap like a death, and wiping your streak. The problem being you can't swap teams unless your current team has more people than the other team, so its more of a "make the game more fair" option. as such, wiping the killstreak would kinda be like punishing someone for a a good deed

so its tricky, and not really harmful to leave it in

so thats what we've done haha

And yeah, you can indeed kill people with grenades while they despawn. That is not a bug.
The bug in that is that you CANT kill them with bullets haha

you should be able to kill people in any way while they despawn, otherwise its a "oh no protect my streak" button and kinda unfair

so we are looking into that

btw if you despawn when you have low ammo, you can just switch to a random weapon, switch back, and then once you respawn, you have full ammo

Yeah, it's a thing. honestly though, its not like, a HUGE issue, since ammo is plentiful around the map, and anyone exploring would never need to do that since they'd get ammo anyways. the only way people run out of ammo really is if they're camping a spot.
The intended flow for that would be the camper would have to leave their post and run around grabbing ammo.
Respawning and getting full ammo essentially means you are now locked in place for a few seconds in a random-ish location and can be tracked for when your invulnerabilty ends and shot, which means you had to leave your post anyways

so functionally, theres not a real advantage, and maybe even a DISadvantage to respawning for ammo

unless theres a scenario I'm not considering, which is always possible

When you use the test and testMap feature with localStorage mapBackup when you load in you have to do extern.account.social = [] or something to that effect so you don't get this error. Also if you start spectating then press esc then try to play nothing happens.

if you try to join a password protected game and the pass is wrong, you cant navigate away

if you open settings right before the game starts, when the game starts you enter pointer lock and are able to play with the settings still open. (also works for other submenus)

So I don't see the problem in the first screenshot off the top of my head, but the second picture I'm guessing the problem is the lack of your egg in the inventory screen? I noticed in the first one you were on Mobile, and just want to clarify that the egg model IS SUPPOSED to not show up when accessing your inventory while in a game. If this is a different screen, then definitely give me more info and I'll look into it/ask more questions haha

So what happened there is we have to manually vault things in our developer settings, and we don't see an item's name, we see it's item ID. some items in that collection use Galaxy in the name, some use galleggsy, and when we vaulted some, we missed a few because our vaulter was unaware of that (as was I haha!)

But, we are leaving them up until the mid-month update and then vaulting them

So Shell on a phone takes considerable resources, and some phones jsut do not handle it well :/ We were seeing in testing that phones that scored around 300 on this list were underperforming, and honestly when we started, iPhone 7 was able to play the iOS version and towards the end (as we added mroe, improved more) even that cant work now, so Im guessing the same applies to android and I would probably guess sub-400 would be experiencing performance issues (though I sadly don't have an infinite amount of devices to verify this hypothesis :c )

There are issues with phones that score high on this list as well, however, so its not something we are jsut dismissing as "people with bad phones, not our problem"

We were aware of the infinite load, white screen, etc issue not allowing users into the game; we did some work on this and it SHOULD be fixed if you clear your cache and uninstall the game, then redownload it. Theoretically, uninstalling should automatically clear your cache, but I say to do both as more of a double verification.

Try disabling any extensions like themes / adblockers. And moreover if possible you should check the built-in task manager of chrome while you play shell and windows task manager shows 91% cpu usage by chrome. That way it can be confirmed if shell is using cpu or something else. Also try switching browsers to opera / brave.
Also try doing ctrl + (zoom in ) while having low fps of shell. It will decrease resolution and you should get more fps (this will confirm it is some cpu issue not game or monitor issue)

I was doing some testing and I set it to "send to myself instantly" and it still took anywhere between 1 and 10 minutes for it to send haha.
The current setting is just to send it to people if they satisfy the criteria to get the notification, then it sends it out at random times they are likely to be online

so I don't know your local time, but I'd maybe keep an eye out and if you haven't seen it by dinner tomorrow I can dig further into it

It isnt a close range weapon! However, in Killstreak.tv, there is an RPG that you can pick up in Armory Mode or Powerup Madness that can work at any range! It is very effective, but most of the time if you aim too close to yourself you kill yourself. not just noob occurences

I believe that bug is on yuor side and probably has to do with what you use to run the game

@glacial harbor I agree with Egginator! Is it on mobile or browser? If Mobile try restarting the app and if that doesn't do anything that try reinstalling the app! Also make sure your device is upgraded to its newest version! If Browser try reloading the page or clearing cache! You can also try restarting your computer! Well also make sure your laptop/desktop is updated to latest version. Hope this helps 👍

I’m on an 3rd generation apple iPad Air and the mobile app just keeps loading forever. I have tried switching WiFi, restarting my iPad, reinstalling the app, and nothing has changed. It’s stuck on this(picture below) I am fully updated to latest software version btw)

OMFG i could write an entire book about merc zone bugs

the game concept is very cool but i think the could fix a lot of shit like the random disconect, and could add a comunity like a shop, general chat trades and stuff

who are the Merc zone creators? i can dm them saying all the problems i have a lot of experience on that game

Yes the random disconnect is an often occurrence for me

Yeah this is done on purpose to stop XSS attacks (Cross site scripting). It is also used in the chat. If there wasn't this protection, people would be able to run a script in everyone in the lobby's page, which could be a malicious script.

reloading the page / leaving and rejoining the game will usually fix it. not necessary to restart computer/clear cache unless it still doesn't work
