ohhhh NO... If i was playing shell on 1 tab and i died. I make a new shell tab to look at my stats. So you should see if you were actually logged in because if you weren't it wouldn't record your stats if you closed the tab. Also there is no way to change those stats so please don't beg for kills. Also if you were with 10+ kdr i doubt it shouldn't be hard to get the 37 kills with 2 deaths so that as well. Also please don't ping WizardSupport as that's against the rules. Dm me if you have any more trouble though. 🙂

I don't think that is how it works. Its hard for the computer to do all the judging to make fair teams so instead it bases it team members. If I am not wrong, it should put you either on the team with the least members or possibly the team losing CTS game mode, not too sure about that one

UPDATE: I just tried a proxy site and the not shooting when I click problem still persists. :/ Ping is still spiking from 97 to 300! Grenades work properly and do damage but a lot of blanking (when my gun does shoot).

I recently changed my shell account password, so it should be private. I was in a scrim at around 12:30 pm est, and I had certain skins set. When I went back on the account 20 minutes ago, I saw the skins were changed. This happened before, and I had changed the password again. I'm not sure who could've got onto the account. Egg count isn't changed, nor is the kills and deaths. It's just the skins.

I also can't log out and back into the account without changing the password.

Hello, I own a relatively good PC that is capable of processing overly demanding 3D games (example COD WZ). But when it comes to playing Shell Shockers, the game is failing me, hovering between 10-25 FPS. I try playing with various browsers such as Microsoft Edge (My favorite), Google Chrome, Firefox and OperaGX and in all of them it is very bad in FPS. What can I do to solve this? My GTX 1660Super is supposed to be able to move this game with good graphics quality and good FPS. Thanks.

Very low FPS is likely a sign of being in SwiftShader mode, where your graphics aren't hardware-accelerated. Enter chrome://gpu in your address bar, look for GL_RENDERER, and see if it says SwiftShader.

I use brave browser but after the update shell's been acting weird. A strange occurrence is that during the gun select/play button thing, fps and ping are horrible (14fps and 500+ ms for example). After I spawn in, it becomes 40-50fps at most and 150-400ms. I used to run auto detail just fine but it's still bad even with low res.

I got helicopter but I wasn't recording, heres the log

I was playing normally, I got an ad, after the add finished, I clicked play and it put me a screen with 0 health and 3rd person and I wasn't spawned, the camera didn't move, and everyone was frozen. I clicked esc, then spectate to see if that would fix anything, but it didn't. when it unfroze, I exit clicked play again, and i was in helicopter. strangely, the helicopter bug went away without a reload or even me exiting to menu.

and there were no errors in log which is very unusual for this kind of thing

That’s the shotty/sniper glitch ! In ur POV it shows that u have sniper but in others POV it shows as a shotty

Follow these steps to hard clear your cache in chrome

• Make sure you are on the right website
• Press F12 or CTRL+Shift+J
• ignore the developer options that come up
• Right click on the refresh icon on your page
• select Empty cache and hard reload

How to look at your console log

When something goes wrong a console log is the best thing you can give us so we can help fix the issue. We are looking usually for any red errors but sometimes the whole report helps a lot.

In chrome:

• Press Ctrl+Shift+J
• Either copy the red errors and post here...
• Or right click on the console and click save as, then drag the saved file into this discord

It happen cause of bad internet connection or your internet cuts out it puts you into 3rd person pov sharkbucks made a video on it so just reload that should work if not then try hard reload and clear cache :)

So I found 2 very strange glitches in a public lobby.

1. There were invisible players who were picking up the spatula. The spatula didn't move and the HUD indication for which team had the spatula didn't change either.
2. These invisible players showed up as N/A. They were killing people without showing up on the kill log on the right side. The 3rd person view of the person that killed you didn't show the N/A person either.
   The leaderboard was glitching as well but it's a bug we know abt already. I have recorded video clips and will attach them below. Sadly my audio recorder glitched out during my screen recording so no game audio was captured :/

Theres this thing on maps like sky scratcher where the big slopes are bigger then they seem, when it looks like i have a clear shot, some barrier blocks it, so i have to be slightly over more. And on jailbreak, there are random barriers blocking my shots near the bars on the ground.

Super duper weird one but perfect Wi-Fi, ping etc and I fell out of Castle map and got disconnected?... Location was at the bottom corner on red side by main ladder, not too many P90 spammers or nades so not too sure, solve that one Wiz!

I think it was coincidental to the timing - meaning it crashed and you fell through as the server was not updating things, not you crashed the server by falling through
