ok so its getting quit annoying for me in shell. I play on quite a low sense and for some resin my sensitivity is always changing in shell i have had this issue the whole time iv had this computer and i dont remember if its was on my old computer ether its random but i notice it the most with throwing nades the i move just a little and the nade just goes flying in the wrong direction

Well so any game will have hackers. But the Developer team knowing about it and taking the appropriate action over it is the most important thing, which BWD are certainly trying their best. Every report may certainly help for the future of the game and any sort of anticheat takes time especially since this is an .io game which has the ability to run on low end devices, FPS drops are also a huge factor. Therefore the best thing we can do right now is to report any hackers and bugs that we see and maintain our faith in the Developer team @orchid heart

Well the issue here is different- it's not that the BWD Dev team cannot prevent hackers, it is just the fact that these things take time, several months and not just a plan that can be achieved in a matter of a few days

it's a random crosshair gun glitch that has only happened to me once and is very rare

since it only happened to me once, I have yet to discover how it occurs, unlike stuff like the pistol glitch

if you switch to pistol and back to shotgun, this will fix

i can say the same for the invisible egg on the home screen, it only happened to me though in the most recent update with the random chinese names, so it was glitched out anyway.

I'm not sure how that one works either but it's easily resolved by reloading the page.

Also, it's not that common to get a server without a hacker these days, so getting a hacker in your lobby is no surprise

reporting them also doesn't do much

the only way to really stop hackers now is if bwd finds a way to stop the crackware developed by tdstuart, which is the main source of hackers these days after he made the script public

Hmm, I do have audio issues as well in Shell Shockers but for me it's more of a system issue. Restarting your computer should've fixed the issue, maybe try another browser? If you are sticking to the same browser, I would recommend playing in incognito mode to see if that helps

It happens to everyone, it just displays at high ping but fixes right away after you reload the page. If it's still not fixed, which it should be, closing the tab and restarting your WiFi should work, but I've never needed to do that. It's just a display glitch.

Yes blanks occur often and it is usually caused by high ping when someone appears on your screen where they aren't actually or your shot registers in a different location. There's nothing much to be done about it besides to move closer to your router and do anything else that you could to improve your ping.

Uncapping fps causes ping increases which also cause blanks, and make you lag when you shoot or other things. In my opinion, uncaping your FPS is a very bad idea and not worth it unless you have a great setup with a 240hz monitor, great wifi, etc.

Otherwise, it'll cause more blanks and movement lag to the game

Besides, 60 FPS is great to play on and is enough anyway.

That usually happens whenever you are in a server for a while.

If despawning and respawning doesn't work, that probably means you have the worse version of it which also causes all of your shots to blank (go through your opponents). In that case, you will need to reload and that's it.

oh i just realized you can also fix the ammo issue by switching to pistol and back to your main, i just tried it rn and it worked.

I have realized that since the most recent February update, not being able to pick up ammo has become a much more common problem for everybody. As annoying as it is, it is fairly simple to fix. There are 3 ways that I will list from easiest to longest:

1. Switch to pistol and back to your main.
2. Despawn and respawn.
3. Reload the page and join back.

All these ways will get rid of the glitch, and I highly recommend the first one because it is the quickest and the easiest without having you to despawn or leave the game.

Unfortunately it can still get fairly annoying to fix. For example, I was in a scrim a couple days ago, and I was RPG and I couldn't pick up ammo. I was switching to pistol and back to my main and a shotty pulled up behind me and killed me. Even if I didn't get the glitch, I would've died anyway because RPG isn't close range but it's just an example of how this glitch can be annoying and it should be fixed.

Another report, after the February update where I noticed the BWD team tried to patch pistol glitch by making it so people always spawn in with their main, I have still encountered people with pistol glitch, although it is far less common. I don't know how this works but I'll try to find it out. The way that everyone knew and that I posted has been successfully patched though.

Ammo thing is common, but when this happens to me, i usually swap to pistol and try to get kills with it, then when i need bullets for pistol, i try again at getting the ammo, which sometimes will work, if it does work and you pick up ammo for pistol, you should be able to pick it up with primary weapon.

Bug Experienced:
Mouse moving unexpectedly and randomly, without me flicking to it.

Expected / Anticipated Behaviour:
Smooth gameplay, I'm tracking smoothly.

Additional Info / Thoughts
I think this could be to do with my mouse software, or just the gpu not running well enough (although I never had it before). I have Logitech G HUB software I use.

i also get a similar thing when i move my mouse and it doesnt move after, and after a sec or so it starts moving by its self, also when this happens to me when im spraying, it starts spraying by itself without me doing anything.

btw also theres something rlly weird, so on my main acc, i played on germany and it gave me 200-300 ping and my sg wwas 400-500 ping, but then on my other acc, i got my normal germany ping at around 120-130 and my sg at around 100 ping, this is so weird i cant even play on my main...

@rugged robin it does - if you have dedicated mouse software, you’re in luck. If not, then get a cheap mouse, they have more polling rate anyways (normally)

I think shotty gets more blank cos it is a lot of different bullet going in a lot of direction so it might complicate a lot when there high ping and stuff

@foggy oasis I know this is not 100% helpful but ping certainly should not fluxuate based on account at all. My guess is changing back and forth between accounts would not reproduce
