First of all, when someone joins a public map or private map.. my screen freezes for 'approximately 1.5 seconds' and this is annoying especially in popular streamer's maps because people join so quickly and i have to experience 2 second delay when someoen joins and i sometimes get 'Spikes' out of nowhere for some reason that i'm not aware of! please help me fix this

when i uncap my fps i am unable to shoot without it lagging

otherwise walking around and looking is quite smooth

this problem is only fixed when i cap my fps back to 60

i am so used to higher fps 60 is unplayable for me
