i hope the next update fixes the lag and fps

I have been lagging really bad recently, 15 fps, 250 ping, rather than my normal 60 fps, 40 ping. Is it because I turned vsync and framelimit off? Or what is going on? I need this problem solved fast, so please help!

About jaspers problem; I think I experience the same thing. It looks to other people as if I’m not shooting, but on my screen I am. The only way to help is to press esc then play again

Fixes itself when refresh but same thing will happen after a while

when I played in Firefox, I constantly had 60 fps dropping to 30 very regularly... what actually happened was my screen freezing up entirely for half a second, during which you can easily get killed

when his is dropping from 144 to 90, it could indeed have a serious impact on his game

not that big of a bug, but when your on a streak and die, when you spawn in, the 'best streak counter' at the top says zero, and then when you get a kill it goes back to your best streak. i havnt tried reloading, but ill get back on whether that works

lol, the game is in early access, the reason why people can play it is to find bugs in updates and report them to the dev team, with such a small dev team, it would be impossible for them to test out every possible situation on every possible device and have it be perfect, sometimes a glitch makes it though, and they aren't aware of it until after and it is reported by players, that is the reason bug reports exists

i know people have said this, but i thought id explain more. when you get a kill in shell shockers, it doesnt say you killed the person. if you look at the killfeed, it shows all the other peoples kills, but not mine. when you look at the leaderboard, when you get a kill, it counts it a bit late.

nuke zone glitch. me, a heavy tank, and a random medium tank were firing at orange base trying tho destroy it. we do and the base explosion happens, however, the 'cutscene' that should play didn't play and we were still playing, i shot i5t again and then the game winning 'cutscene' played, game ends, and i get my xp. weird and i dont know how to recreate.

I had it where my shotgun shots were not doing any damage at midrange, so i turned on a screen recorder and my fps dropped from 60 to 30 and the problem went away ¯_(ツ)_/¯

im honestly getting annoyed that players with higher ping im talking like 500ms+ have an aim assist. absolutely stupid, so is it in my best interest to build myself a lag switch? i mean if it gives me the ability to hit players through walls a good couple seconds after they were behind it i might be.
Also not sure if its just a wall clip issue, i killed a player last night and im talking like it was through a wall and a half in two towers. thing is we both had low ping, and i had already turned around ignoring him as there were 3 other players ahead of me chasing him 1 second later "You killed (playername)" what? how? i had about 20-40ms ping and i asked him and he said around 80ms-100ms maybe, but even if i had been lagging and hit him when he was on my screen i had already turned arround and was heading in the opposite direct and somehow got a black magic vudu kill without any line of sight.

i have 20-50ms on us east centeral and west. (the servers i play on) consistantly with gbE. what happened should have been impossible and shouldnt have happened

on my screen i get a lot of players who can just phase bullets through walls or something because of my low latency

its an actual disadvantage to have a low ping

this is one of the only games ive ever played to have mechanics like these

ill say that probably 3/5 deaths happen through a wall for me in a normal public lobby, and honestly its annoying.
(1/5 deaths happen from the feared random csg player jumping up and down randomly in a corner and oblivious to everything lol)

@indigo token recording of the no damage glitch. I believe it has something to do with switching from a no ammo in the clip pistol so like 0/60 then switching to the primary weapon, not allowing you to damage. I also wasn't able to pick up ammo when using the ak.

a different mouse can change the way you play, different mice operate and perform slightly differently, if you are used to a mouse, using a different one can vastly change your degree of skill until you get used to it

for example, my mouse has a DPI button, and a Sniper button, i would likely lose a lot of my skill if i changed to a regular mouse

It's a glitch from heavy edits to the source file that downloads into your cache. No really benefit from doing that and it would break every update. Most of the point of having skins is showing the swag in round.

It is pretty weird but I can see that the area you were looking in was the highlighted area on your screen. Are you sure you do not have some kind of zoom feature enabled on your computer? Is it used by any vision impaired people? (partially blind, just plain old etc)

Very low FPS is likely a sign of being in SwiftShader mode, where your graphics aren't hardware-accelerated. Enter chrome://gpu in your address bar, look for GL_RENDERER, and see if it says SwiftShader

theres lots of spots like that on that map, like when you look down off of the center killroom roof and any time you're shooting past one of those angled corner blocks

Those green and white sun screens on shellville and Road, they also stop too many bullets. It's particularly annoying when you're down on the street and you try to shoot someone on the roof
