ik a lot of people have a subconscious habit of spamming the play button before spawning so if there's a slight delay between you clicking the play button and actually spawning in, the upward UI shift causes the team switch button to also get pressed

It might be because of the new update, there has been a lot of new fps issues because of it. This could be a more obscure one. I say my chrome book is pretty good. It runs much other games, I guess kinda like shell shockers (in terms of pretty much in every aspect to what lags a game on a device if it's bad), without that stupid tweaking problem. Furthermore, claiming that this is a bad computer is very unlikely. It could be as much of the game being buggy after a massive update. Which in most cases, can be a problem. In my opinion, I would have maybe tested it a little bit more, before fully releasing the update. Trying to see most out comes. As for any future references, releasing your "polished" update for the game on the testing a bit would help finding new bugs that come along. I know this one was kinda a time crunch, so no biggie there. Again, for future reference, if you are not on a time crunch and the update all "polished" way before the deadline, release it on staging. It would help getting most of the new bugs that arose fixed! I hope this will help make your future updates better. I guess if they are big ones. Should still do this for small ones! This would make much updates better because, for example, you did this and you had criticisms about stuff that you added and people want it back or there are massive bugs people don't like on the testing before the release, you can fix all of those and receive better reviews of other about an update and what not. It's sometimes useful to have people test a new version of their favorite game before it comes out, in most cases this works, and almost all too well! I am happy you read all of this, it's pretty long. (You probably didn't, but I hope you did because it took a long time to write this. It would also make my day! :D) I am somehow getting the last 200 something character limit in the middle of writing that last part. So you might not read this. It might also not get sent, some bots do that, so yeah!

i mean, purely just toying around with it, a fix could just simply be to add an additional check to the onSwitchTeamClicked.
a way to force / fake the issue is to just manually call the click functions as such:

That challenge has the wrong description - it's supposed to be 10 kills in 1 min

The "Eggcellerator" challenge is 7 kills in 1 min

"Need For Speed" got the same description copied over to it without the 7 being changed to a 10

That occasionally happens if your game fails to laod (you'll note the skybox is black as well). A refresh should fix it

if you do not get 7 kills in that first minute, you have to die again to retry

this isn't really a bug and i'm not sure if this problem also happens in public lobbies, but in competitive KOTC lobbies especially there is a major lag spike every game that happens to every player. this happens for like 10 seconds and leads to some players getting kicked from the lobby.

sometimes that happens im guessing its a hard network crash causing the game to not gracefully disconnect the player. the only way afaik to kill the player is to nade them. they usually will inch forward very slowly for a little bit until the server kicks them for not responding.

is there a way perhaps, when a user clicks on one of the media tabs on the home screen to just stop all scrolling intervals and just leave it on that page?

This has happened on EU servers, altho a player on their client side displays that they have joined a private lobby, the server side doesnt detect or send the data to the other clients. The player's name will not appear on the player list on the top left. An annoying glitch leading to kotc matches not being able to be played

That means your computer didn't load the textures. A refresh will usually fix it, but if it doesn't, you might just have display issues >.> is your video card up to date?

Using Chrome I found Input Lag to be happening when I do not VSYNC the FPS to the 144Hz of my Monitor.

And an follow-up that I should probably have made it into a suggestion: I wish we could be able to keep track of the unique challenges that we have done so far so we can hopefully reroll those to the ones that we haven’t done before. e.g. those challenges would have a more grayed out text.

I understand that
(1) almost all of challenges are parameterized given the pool of prompts.
(2) the system seems to prioritize in giving players the challenges that have different prompts from what these players have done before.
(3) but I did encounter the same/duplicated challenges, on different day, and completed them e.g. both are “get 20 free ranger kills” before I exhausting other challenges from the same “get x [gun_type] kills” category

Hi, I don't know if you guys did this on purpose but um I was just playing a casual game of shell shockers and I used my cs point blank at someone and it did no dmg and I thought it was a blank but every shot was the same. There's another error at the start of every KoTC round where the setCaptureState() function gets called right after resetting the KoTC variables, leading to this error (see image). I added some of my own console logs to get a better look at the order of events for what was going on.

Unlike the bug with challenge alert notifications, I don't think this one has any effect on KoTC gamepley BUT errors are unacceptable nonetheless :p

Honestly the best thing for that one is to just send the whole console. Press F12 or Ctrl SHift J, make sure it's on Console at the top of the side menu, then refresh the page. All the text should go away and start over again, so then do whatever you need to to get that issue to haen, then rightclick the console and Save As, then send me that

Your loadout gets saved when you switch to home so if you don't, your new combo isn't sent to the servers

Please fix the pistlol reload bug its killing me in pubs and comp.
Where you run out of ammo on your main weapon, then switch to pistol but the pistol has 0 ammo and reloads instantly even though it was at full magazine size capacity. Thus trapping you in the reload animation at a crucial point in finishing a fight and likely killing you or ruining your chances at winning the fight.
