I think I somehow figured it out: it's monitor issue and screen rendering issue...not happens for everyone.
I am using an apple pro display xdr monitor. For each resolution, there is two mode: (1) normal and (2) low resolution

In the map he joined, he didn't got any kills (see leaderboard). The Hightstreak-counter only updates when you made a kill in a new joined map.
So he maybe did 23 kills on a different map and just joined a new map (the reset didnt happen yet).

A strange bug on space factory.. ..... so on the thin ramps into the middle section that lead directly under the big ladders there's like an invisible barrier and when u try and roll a grenade or shoot down it it just gets caught by the air.

Like a purple line and it says "server.cpmstar" Sometimes it also says "En- secure connection" (I couldn't read the full part in time O_O)
And it causes a bit of a lag spike
