FOR MAC:
Download the ISRG Root X1 certificate file from http://x1.i.lencr.org/
Open the Keychain Access app and drag that file into the System folder of that app.
Find the ISRG Root X1 certificate in System and double click on it, open the Trust menu and change "Use System Defaults" to "Always Trust", then close that and enter your password to confirm the change (if prompted).

We are looking into it as best we can, but every time we hop into the servers people complain about, they're fine for us. it seems that theres something with the way people in those regions are accessing our servers, BUT we also are aware that sometimes it seems to get worse for everyone, so we are trying to figure out why only those regions are affected

Best we can conclude is theres something up with the internet infrastructure of Europe/Asia

Whatever it says in-game is what server you're playing on. It re-pings them when you return to the main menu. I'll probably set it up so you can manually select and make it stick.

When I joined this private lobby it gave the cannot connect WS error (it was also full). I tried joining public lobbies and they worked. I tried joining the private lobby when there was space and it worked. Seems like the lobby full error may be mixed up with the WS error?

FPS is laptop issue, Ping is usually internet issue. I can play on any server and be at 40~ ping on local and 150 on the other side of the world. I assure you, I don't have any special wizard priveleges that let me connect better than you guys, so that usually means the servers themselves are fine (otherwise, EVERYONE including me would have bad ping, which isn't the case).
The most likely cause is an outside common factor shared by the people with high ping, which the biggest one is that people connecting to Sydney servers likely live in the Australia/New Zealand area, and maybe their internet infrastructure is different than mine in NA.

Basically, what I'm saying is that the servers themselves are fine, and we have no idea what is causing these issues, but it isn't for lack of trying, it just doesn't seem to be something in our game or server code causing it. We are still investigating

As for selecting one server and being on another, I've heard people mention that but haven't been able to see it myself, and noone has provided logs or video 😦

Dunno how many times its been reported, but this issue keeps resurfacing. Typically after I am killed ingame, my screen jitters when moving around/the client is always stuttering behind the rest of the game. I have a laptop capable of running shellshockers at 60hz without any drops, and a stable ethernet connection to the NA servers.

I hate it most because one time i was on a 27 kill streak and it was ended by a aimbotter with a p90. SO please, bluewizard, please find a way to ban hackers. After further investigation, a userscript manager must be used. So if you could make an antifeature which prevents the injection of scipts via a userscrpit manager, then There will be less hackers.. I have also seen a rare occurence of a hack, where someone one shots me with a pistol. His username was AJOHV. I think it might have been a glitch, but he got a 76 kill streak with just a pistol. A pistol. SO please look into damage hacks. And there is also health hacks. I was on a monitor with a 144 hz refresh rate. No glitches and smooth. Then a VIP hacker got up to a 24 kill streak. He was not taking any damage. I full on shot a rpegg at him and he lives. Maybe it was a blank but still, it is a dangerous glitch

There's no way somebody beat me. From game to game in the same sitting, my score just disappears. If 1000000 people can't see the USW Server, and 5000 people are currently playing on it, is the server broken? If so, how were those 5000 able to see it?

Thats the problem we have to figure out, and it's difficult because it seems to actually be localized to places we don't have wizards, so we can't do very effective testing. For example, this issue seems to be reported mostly by players who primarily play on Sydney/Singapore servers.

Yeah, your adblock is blocking the "don't use adblocker" ad, which the ending of triggers the game start

so you're skipping the game start and endless looping

The Bug with the Nades with effects is happening again and also when I spawned in it showed me with default weapons then when I went back to the invotory and went back to the play button it went back to my skin set but its doing that thing again with the vip nade effect going like the default thing @indigo nova

For some reason, when i use the colour lime/light green, it doesnt work. It will show green for me but just the regular white for other players. All the other colours work but not lime. The default weapons and grenade not showing is when your accoutn is logged in somewhere after you logged in to that window. So, a shared account, or you logged into a window and then a second window, but kept playing on the first

yeah it's any geometry facing a certain way has odd properties. Some ramps have zero collision if faced that way, others have full block instead of wedge collision. No idea why it does that, we usually jsut have to try to work with it

I've had this problem for a while, I've reported it with the most descriptive words I could use cause you can't attach an image through the feedback button, I've tried re loading, I've restarted my computer and everything. I don't mind it that much when I'm not in a game and in the menu because I can just scroll down to press back and exit the inventory, but when I'm in the game I'm literally stuck in the inventory and can't scroll down to the back button. I've had it for a few weeks now and it's pretty annoying. The person above who posted a screenshot reported the same problem too. Please fix this. (I'm on a Windows 10 Gaming PC if that somehow helps)

Those are client side errors due to your adblocker. Its normal.

Next time you have ping issues check the console for anything related to your websocket connection. On the other hand it could just be your internet

This wasn't something we did to people who use adblock 😛 This was a complete surprise to us, and it happened without an update on our part; something about adblock changed how it communicated with our game and started doing this all on it's own.

So basically how it works is that you are using one gun and switch to another, but the switch gun function isnt called properly for whatever reason and the game thinks you are using one gun when you are using the other. Damage and ammo are what the game thinks you are using and fire rate is what gun you are using. Its basically a hybrid of both guns thats a nerf for every combo except ak/aug because the ak makes the aug full auto if you "fuse" them.
