@violet egret Server Connection / Servers were reset as you known, can cause an error with connection, try clear cache and hard reload. Not sure ad-blockers should cause an issue but I don't know everything about the new update

Lobby Members / A very nice find - having the same thing too. Maximum 5 players in any one Germany server across all game modes.

@kind lotus JailBreak Teleport / A known bug in the map! Can be repro'd on other maps too in some similar spots but thanks for reporting. Wizard Support did once say it may be left for fun but that could change

@long otter Coop Kings Leaderboard / Kills do not affect the leaderboard for King of the Coop games. As mentioned, it is based on the team that has more captures

@balmy turtle Server Connection / These are not always reliable! You can always reload to try sending a new connection packet and see if that changes on response

Premium Item Tag / The premium item tags are slightly larger than the boxes and do have an overlap. A known bug - not sure if there are plans to fix. I think it mean't to be a sort of wrap around but that cannot be easily seen due to your theme

Skin Glitch Issue
When opening any shell website, my skin and loadouts are not equipped. (I am signed in)
The loadouts should save, like any old day, but that is not happening :/

Okay so, mildly unsure why some people are still reporting that skins aren't saving. For sure if its your first time on the new server, I expect it once, but then nothing after that.
Current working theory is a shared account issue? If someone is having any of their skins reset and is NOT using a shared account, please let me know here.

N/A servers should only be happening on Shellsocks.com; we know the issue and are dealing with it, it's a google hosting issue and I don't think we can flip a switch and fix.

Low player count in servers should also be fixed!

Still looking into why some people are not seeing every server in their list, but this can usually be fixed locally with a refresh, for now

Whenever you switch teams, have a king of the coop game end, or any other event that resets killstreaks, killstreak effects still act like your killstreak never ended. For example, if you get a streak of 4, switch teams (which is supposed to reset the score), and then get another kill, you get a shield despite only really having gotten 1 killstreak

If that’s intentional, then it seems kinda dumb

Bug Experienced:
Chat messages not appearing for players. I joined a streamers lobby in a US sever (I usually play on Sydney from AUS), some of the messages I sent didn't appear on their end of the game as evident by their stream. This also happened again with a streamer playing on Sydney servers.

Expected / Anticipated Behaviour:
I feel that my messages should be getting to the other players.

Steps to Reproduce

• Join a public lobby via a link. (I'm not sure if people joining from multiple different regions affects this as a result of streaming.)
• Message in chat multiple times.
• Check other players chats to see if they came through.
• Try varying up the regions all players play in and from.

Additional Info / Thoughts
Note: I am not sure if the Sydney streamer was from another country playing on Sydney servers or not.

Pretty much what happened was someone else signed into your shared accounta fter you did so it invalidated your skins. Once you refresh, you will invalidate theirs

you are also wrong the vpn isnt changing where the signal is sent from. the vpn is just using a proxy tunnel so it is just changing ur ip. what happens is that the client goes to the vpn which encrypts and goes to server it might make ping go higher. the fps might even get a bit lower. vpns will make it a bit laggy

I believe SG is your local server, so it makes sense that the ping there is, on average, better. The reason why it automatically swaps is because the game chooses whatever server has the best ping on page load; if Singapore had a small blip, it could indeed be higher than another server and not be chosen as the default
