not sure what to tell you then, do you have good internet/computer? usually if a server is having issues, it will display those for everyone; if it is only having issues for some people, there likely is an external. non-server-related problem

Sometimes it could be with your ineternet provider , they may throttle your internet and slow/block internet on some sites. It happens with me a lot (i am not US west by the way)

Are you able to reproduce that? If you can, it's an error within block placement from the dev who coded the map, else its a rendering error on your end, which a simple leave/join game will fix

from what ive seen is if you for instance; unplug your wifi adapter while connected close the tab, re connect adapter and re connect to the same game your player will be frozen in game. and unable to take damage. sometime it / other players will look like they are glitched going in a certain direction (slowly) but cant take damage from shots and take heavily reduced grenade damage.
my theory is that an abrupt dropped connection causes them and it doesnt close the websocket and the server keeps them in until they idle out.

One time wiz disconeected from a map test we were doing, and came back and there were two instances of him, but only he could see the phantom, and I saw him shooting at nothing and then he got a kill

it happens much more frequently with hats (since there's a lot more of them, increasing the loading time for the hat images). It happens with both the premium banner and the VIP banner btw. The new image loading method (introduced in update v0.42.10 I think) causes a lot of visual wonkiness in the inventory.

Repro Steps (for hats):

1. Have a non-premium/non-vip hat equipped (make sure its item image shows up in the equipped slot)
2. Switch from another tab to the hat category (so that the hat images start loading from top to bottom)
3. Select a premium/vip hat and exit the hat category before all the hat item images can finish loading
