Because it's always hard to explain to new people how it works

Something along the lines of "Becoming an Eggforcer is complicated - there's no set-in-stone way of achieving it, and just because you take the same steps as someone else, doesn't guarantee you becoming one. Some things to help your chances are very strong activity (usually spanning over several years), a clean history (in both the server and the game) and a relatively well-known personality - though most likely with the activity and helpfulness required, that shouldn't be a problem. For sure though - asking for Eggforcer (especially if you've been in the server for like 3 days) really isn't gonna get you anywhere. Only once you've built up a solid history, gotten to know the devs (and had them get to know you) and been extremely helpful and active might you be considered."
