It really depends on the idea. There are plenty of good ideas that are impossible to action or just kinda out of scope. There are some that are absolute slam dunks and stuff we should be doing! Generally with upvotes the more the merrier but it doesn't necessarily affect implementation. An extereme example would be "Give every Shell player 100k eggs" may be very popular but not really a good one to add 😄
