Tricky question for a lot of reasons. The one I have watched the most times is probably Mashiro Iro Symphony. The series I like the most is probably any Gundam from Wing onwards, not including SD or Build Fighters. Digimon is my favorite series to immerse myself in, counting the video games etc. Golden Time I think is a masterclass in romance animes with a more mature take that Mashiro iro lacks. And Bleach is probably my favorite Shonen

But we can't forget about the characters in Bunny Girl Senpai (nor can we forget the "Kimi no sei")

It's not a Gundam, but honestly the fights in Valvrave The Liberator are better than Gundam imo, so I like that a lot too
