Short answer is that Hunt is just not really created for crossplay, the concessions needed to make controller vs mouse and keyboard fair would be so huge it would change the game on a fundamental level.

You can have very low latency and still have packet loss

I mean, today seems especially bad, but like this happens often. If I play on the off hours when most people in my TZ are asleep (because that's when I'm awake) then there's connection issues. It's not my Internet, I've checked and rechecked.

Second one tried but disconnected again and got striked by the reconnect curse

I got got by fucking grunts because the game's server just decided to quit on me. Not even a mob of them, just one or two easy-to-handle grunts, but suddenly they're impossible if all you can do is stand there and watch while the server chokes.
