People complained with the first story challenge having to go through everything to get Krampus, so they put the Hunter as the first thing in Game of Skill, but some people want the Mosin first in Game of Skill, so doing it this way just means you get what you want as soon as possible - though it still takes a bit to get the 3rd page of rewards so idk it's giving almost as much choice as possible, and like McCree says you might be able to just save your sigils for the next one and get what you really want even faster.
