It all depends on the situation though, if I'm in immediate danger, even grunts get bullets. If the enemies can't reach me, I'll even draw dogs into cover and stab them with the knuckle knife

@rocky citrus i would say there are two important factors here though.
Number 1 is how you kill the monsters. This is decided by the loadout you choose to bring, and also tricks you know for dealing with monsters easily.
Number 2 is the tactics, positioning yourself to be safe from enemies while dealing with monsters, avoiding certain monsters because you know your loadout is bad at dealing with them, clearing an area before taking it as your position, not joining a fight before your position is clear, stuff like that
Both are important and when you've got both figured out you will deal with most AI on autopilot

You might have issues dealing with immolators with this loadout though, you'll either have to use your chokes or beat them with the ammo box lol.
Personally i prefer the knuckle knife over the heavy knife, but you might also like the pennyshot derringer.

As for other monsters, I can handle them with ammo belts, pistols, and knives. However, when faced with a large number of enemies, and having to fight other players, I can't manage them all. I often lose matches due to the interference from the monsters, which is why I started to lose my composure.

Many potential reasons, the biggest one is probably that MMR gain and loss per kill/death is affected by the MMR of those involved.
Killing a 3* 100 times does not indicate the same level of skill as killing a 6* 100 times, and the mmr system reflects this, so mmr doesn't really have a hard correlation with KDA

Another possible cause is that the players simply didn't have the same MMR, but they were both within the same bracket. Matchmaking brackets can cover a pretty wide range of MMRs some times, mostly for player count / queue time reasons, so the players could have been at the lower and upper ends of their specific bracket.
They could also be in the same lobby because they were grouped up in a party with wide mmr differences.
