Actually doesn’t seem like the worst idea, the rule could be that: Prevent extraction unless your team has a bounty or there are no more bounties in the match.

Could be some problems with this and it won’t actually fix your problem with a useless teammate running to an extraction since they will just sit afk in a bush instead. Would make the bounties a bit more valuable since they would be like your key to escape.

Ye, unmodded it's fine The 9400 will struggle in the more shader intensive bosses like Empress of Light.

But it's all in all fine
