event about tracking but they don't know how to make interesting systems around it so they just give you a trait that just tells you the direction of people so now nobody cares because they can't prevent people from knowing about them anyway

the only balance out of it is it's so easy to get that everyone has it anyway so there's no big advantage over someone else

crytek has always had this issue where I feel like they wanna make event traits overtuned under the thought process that it's limited and wont effect the game forever but we have more event time than we have not and the traits are usually pretty damn easy to get

I have to say, totally obvious cheaters are quite rare in this game. Thats good.
Better quality cheats are barely distinct from normal gameplay. So, in essence, they will feel like good players...and in some ways therefore, does it matter? Real good or fake good has the same net effect on me.
Its almost impossible to detect.

So, all we can go on is estimates. Industry puts it at anywhere from 10-30% depending on game.
We know how many Crytek have banned and therefore we know the figure must be much higher and we know those banned can just get another account...
So you can kinda get a rough guess. And therefore its not unlikely everyone will get a cheater or two in a evenings play even if its only a few percent of players.
Worse in some regions/timezones than others.

Yes this is true. Its rare I can be sure about a specific player. Occasionally yes, but mostly its just awareness when the numbers are higher.
If you play solo its easier, cos you can spectate right away, and then you do spot cheaters pretty easily, if you're patient.
Try Eu on early Saturday morning. Play solo, spectate any time you have a slight suspicion, and you'll find one or two.
