Mosin Spitzer has 90 base damage, and coming from that, the upper torso damage should be exactly 117. And the UI even says that it does 117. But it's actually 116.

When my two teammates and I encounter other three-person squads or solo players, we invite them to join our team to bully the other two squads. I make a deal with the recruited strangers beforehand: we'll take down the other two teams and split the bounty from the four bosses. I also offer them an irresistible condition: they can take two boss bounties and are allowed to revive their eliminated teammates first; if a boss only has three bounties, they can take two, and we only take one. We had a blast cooperating. It proves that there are no permanent enemies, only permanent interests. 😆

How do we fix the bad ping on NA East server? I get 110 ms and it rises on East while West remains stable at 65-70. Is it actually something with the ISP or Leasweb servers? This is getting really frustrating and makes me just want to uninstall this game.

I know it's not an issue with my internet. I've tested different servers for packet loss, ping, etc. They all check out with the appropriate ping. ATT fiber gigabit hard wired. I even changed my dns server and still have the same problem. No other games have this issue except Hunt. I was in a different house 5 months ago using Spectrum before and it was even worse. Same type of issue. NA East with massive ping problems ( I'm on the East coast) while West stays stable at 70 ish ping. I'm supposed to be getting a consistent 30 ms, not 110-220.

It fluctuates.. It will go from 30 ms which is what it shows when NA East is not having problems with people's ISPs (supposedly) to 110 and above while West coast always shows a stable 70 ms. I'm in FL and this has always been an issue. Love the game, but I'm about to drop it for good because this has never been addressed, apparently. I shouldn't have to purchase a VPN or use something like ExitLag to fix the routing problems. Sounds like their Leaseweb server or the server admin isn't setting that server up correctly and constantly breaks. I'm not the only one having this issue. The desync in this game is already pretty bad because of the low tickrate they use and on top of that I have to deal with high ping. It's unplayable. Yesterday, in the morning it was okay, then the high ping started through the entire day.. later that day it was back to normal, and now today from early on it's still showing high ping that fluctuating but staying well above 30 ms.
