First one seems like a near miss over the left shoulder/bicep, the kind that'd put a hole in the guy's sleeve. Third one is 100% a hit, you can see the blood spray, but the game didn't register it for whatever network reason. The second one is kinda in the middle. I could see how it's within the realm of possibility to be a miss but there's nothing in the clip that makes think that shot should've missed except for the lack of blood spray, the main telltale sign that your game client thinks you hit them but the server disagrees.
