It's possible the central cache has a bounty but I have also seen other reports of single bounty on Mammons Gulch since the end of the event

Velocity ammo is really nice, if you have it equipped chances are even if due to ping you'd die first, it will kinda save you so your bullet makes it far enough before the ping or delay can cause you to die to the enemy's slower bullet

I would argue hunt is one of the best balanced shooters ive played. Not like it's 100% perfect, but the overall arsenal of completely viable or even great weapons is really good

The gunplay takes getting used to, and switching between guns with different velocities is just going to throw your muscle memory out of wack

two tapping at the range you're going to be engaging them is easy enough. At the very least it scares them off
Any closer and you'd either end up dead or trading anyway, in my experience. I stopped taking that chance when I realized how often Id wind up killing and dying anyway
