Oh those two setting are most important. So the game auto highlights the objects you can interact with, but you want to turn it off for doors and windows so you can peek through them and hit wall bangs .

For the second, you should bind jump to Space, and vault to V. This way you can actually jump out windows and not get stuck in vault animations.
