My biggest issue is that I don't trust anyone with game bans and think their account should be completely locked from online games. So if they are sus and have game bans, I just assume they are cheaters

Identifying bad luck/lucky shots or even wall hacks is really hard from gameplay.
Hitting 3 headshots in a row is not unreasonable. Especially if they were a solo with a high MMR playing into trio's to play against average players.
Have you watched the Hunt streamers? There are some VERY good players out there.

For getting more comfortable with aiming I'd recommend the ranger and it's variants

Depends on your playstyle but levering rifles are typically very forgiving. Except the Mako.

Springfield (even the shorty) with dumdum is super cheap but reliant on the fast fingers trait if you like that style.
I often find it harder to decide on what secondary to pick 🤣

There are some guns youll pick up and absolutely hate right away, some that grow on you and some that you just feel comfortable with. Try them all 🙂

In post-game damage can you see if any enemy healed at all? I dealt well over 150 to an enemy Hunter who was actively burning the entire time from the first hit... and he didn't die.
Damage report shows no recovery and somehow I hurt myself for 7hp... I guess by melee attacking a burning enemy?
Large vitality shots don't stop burn when injected right? It is the only possibility I am seeing for this guy surviving: -123 Obrez w/ Fire, 6 seconds lapse as he runs for cover in a house -16 Rival, -4 Rival Pen., -6 (Oberez: fire tick?), -90 Melee Rival Mace.

I can wipe trios of inexperienced hunters who are probably better at shooters than I am just because I snuck up on them, though they probably didn't think they were being loud.

I used to get domed quite often, when I thought I was being super quiet.

Like playing solo and trying to have a quiet game to get the last drops of xp to get a 50 hunter.
No noise traps, Chu Ko Nu for quite NPC kills etc.
Move towards the south extract while the bounty is in the FAR north of the map and get headshot by a maynard silencer 200m out that proceeds to burn your corpse out instead of go to the bounty 🤣

It's a game, and should be fun. And it can be exhausting. I've come across a few milestones, and sometimes I need to find out what I'm doing wrong, and up my game. Usually as I raise MMR, it gets too tough for me the first time, and I get dropped back down a few times.

If you're not enjoying it, decide if you want to train to get better, or if you want time off. I'm not really interested in other games right now, so I just kept ploughing through. Though for a short time I step away occasionally.

Dont overclock unless you can affoard to replace components. Its a lottery.
If youre experienced, sure, you can get a decent boost sometimes.
But, OC'ing a CPU doesnt just stress the CPU, it stresses mobo components and thats often overlooked.
I cooked my southbridge after 6months of holding a really good oc on my devils canyon cpu.
Had to underclock to turn the PC on and replace the mobo and RAM

Gotcha. Yes, Bounty Hunt can get a bit boring with fewer players. It would be more fun to go in as a solo with more players on the map though. It would really pressure you to stay hidden, which would make being solo more fun.
