Because I tend to use bleed ammo for a lot of long range engagements with my rifles, so I just normally don't bother unless it's super long range.

Pacing of fights is worse, you are gonna run out of ammo/meds more often, you're gonna have people play rattier/slower with time once they realize they are going to lose more matches on average due to having to win against more teams, the people who don't win as often are going to lose even more often, getting to banish can be harder with having more teams around that might get in the way so more instances of free banish and extract are gonna happen
