That’s why armors are often in choke points like bridges and building where players are likely to cover or move though. Also there is almost always some on objectives and near clues.
Also you might occasionally encounter an armor that will stay completely still and almost noiseless until you open the door and almost run into them same with hive.
It tends to be a lot more obvious if you play a lot of solo cause the mobs are much more difficult to deal with. when you’re running in a three stack few enemies are anything more than a road bump.

I've discovered an imbalance in the game. My teammates and I just encountered a lone wolf player who revived twice. Perhaps he used the Spider King Tarot card. The problem is, the tarot card randomly assigns a trait, so there's a high probability that the trait assigned to the lone wolf will be the Necromancer. This means the lone wolf player can revive twice, which severely undermines the game's fairness. My teammates and I were just chasing a lone wolf player; he died once and revived, allowing him to escape. When we caught him, he hid on a rooftop, waiting to ambush us. My teammate killed him again, and he revived once more, making it impossible for the three of us to close the gap and finish him off unless all three attacked simultaneously. I believe this tarot card mechanic is extremely unfair.

I even encountered a team where all three players were carrying bows and arrows, along with barbed wire explosive bullets, and they kept firing these bullets into the boss room. Although my teammates and I eventually managed to kill the crossbowmen.
