We used to have silent footsteps if you did lightfoot jumping and they clearly don't want 100% silent approaches

how do people get more then one xp boon a match?

by the time I get enough the match points for one the match is usually coming to a close if people are actually playing for bounties

Hit up the small towers and supply caravans scattered around the map. If you use dark sight near a tower and specifically look for the white glowing orbs, if it's higher up towards the ceiling it's a boon (either 4-Shot or XP). That way you can quickly check while roaming.

The murder circus has a guaranteed XP boon spawn at one of the tents.

If you kill a player, you take their pledge marks. Pledge marks can be hanging up anywhere in the world so just pay attention. Make sure to kill Meatheads/Grunts/etc ... for more points. It's really easy to get marks to buy shit.

Most games, once I have the bounty and I'm done with the lobby, I have roughly 30-25 mins left to do whatever.
