It's slowly helping to fill out neglected weapons.
Mosin Bayonet/Sniper/Avto, Berthier Riposte (though we have to wait a while longer for it to get added to the shop), Infantry Bayonet, Obrez Extended/Mace, Ranger 73 Talon, Bornheim Extended, Officer Carbine Deadeye, Auto-5, and Terminus Shorty all got new skins after 3-5 years of not having any, all because of the agnostic skin system. With each event we'll hopefully see more neglected variants get added to the list, like Springfield Bayonet.
