Never stab or shoot an immolator, poison bullets dont cause it to explode and use a melee weapon that deals blunt damage. Pennyshots are an exception and if you get a hand crossbow, get the choke bolts, its a one shot kill against them.

I chose that tip cause theres far too many people making immolators explode... one time a teammate killed the entire team cause they stabbed the immolator i wanted to kill that was next to a red bomb barrel

I was juggling drivers.
I installed Windows 10, waited for the game to download again, and still got the same black screen.
I even tried running the game through Vulkan for the sake of memes, since on Linux it supposedly runs through Vulkan or bypasses DX12, but EAC wouldn't let me do it.
I even tried preemptively enabling AVX2 (I had it set to Automatic, but I left it enabled).
I also disabled MPO in the system registry.
Anyway, I don't know if I'll continue this 4n4nl rodeo. After I get some sleep, I'll report back here if anything happens.

Update 2.4 gave the Sparks family new sounds for reloading

There might be a few people who've gotten further shots, especially back when bullet drop wasn't a thing, but getting a kill just 19m short of the absolute limit is legendary. People can't get kills past 500m cause the bullets despawn.

from where i killed him, ( i headshot him too bw ) he was croutched behind the tower next to fort and if he had crossed the river i could have killed him guarenteed closer to 500m, but i dont think im ever hitting a further shot, yesterday i also hit a 388 meter headshot pelican island to kingsnake

There is basically no barrel and rifle powder is meant to build pressure down the length of the rifle barrel. It basically takes 7.62 rifle rounds and makes them as powerful as a small handgun
