I just fought against two teams, and the last guy was a rat. He kept sneaking up close, then when I saw him, cause he was bad at it, he'd just run away.

He was trying to kill me with a nagant pistol. I had him beat, but the butt-strike follow-up didn't kill him for some reason. must not have shot him for full damage

His nagant silencer was his sidearm. Loser had a mosin-nagant with a scope that he never used.

bit late but the only issue me and a friend have is we rubber band more often than we like, Its not a major issue but example would be earlier we had connection issues so bad we were frozen in place every few feet till extract. when we got to extract someone shot at us but somehow still made it out despite basically being locked in place.. kind of weird but not game breaking i don't guess.

Bow is my main. Which irritates me. I'm good at positioning, and stealth.

I am mostly a solo. Bow forces me not to hang back and be a bush wookie

I also never take the maynard silenced. If I'm gonna use a sniper as a solo, I'm gonna give away my position once I kill the first guy.

It's a "I'm bad at Hunt" naked run. I have some comfort items.

im jus bad at the game and play for fun. I like the long pax or Caldwell with my ash and ember skins. bow is a favorite with them as well but if i can dual wield it calls to me. as far as naked runs i don't do those much because I don't solo much but my bare minimum for fun is dual Caldwell with dumb dumb and some first aid kits. which funny enough ive wone more than one solo hunt with just the Caldwell revolvers but aint often.

also cant say much for fanning it. i tried it once but only got one close range kill but it feels accurate. Long pax dual wield has done me good so I would assume fanning works well

Okay, not a naked run. Pax trueshot, saber, throwing knives, medkit, flares and decoys. Still super cheap, and not well-rounded.

Hopefully I make me some dough. I keep getting kills, and then getting offed.

My first loadout was cenny sniper and levering, which was 4 trait points, and katana with martialist.

Then I went to ranger with levering... better at mid range than cenny, because of the rng. Ranger aperture was a good enough "scope" for me.

Saber is just a worse katana to me. Long range stab. two damage types for killing scrap and armored.

some immolator is gonna kill me... shoulda brought a hammer or bat or something. Well, we'll see.

I just play what feel good in the moment, dual bornheim is doing me good right now but levering with the infantry 73L is good to because of the number of rounds. caldwell is my guilty pleasure still just because of the ash and ember skins despite heavy damage drop off at range. as far as scoped gun go the deadeye variants are okay with me, full scopes I cant use without ratting "occasional fun". uppercut deadeye though has got to be the weirdest dead eye to use for me.

Yea now that im getting back into hunt and watching people play on youtube I see the penny shot derringer used more often and its got got me thinking about it more. really been debating cycling it in. I know Ill catch crap for it but I just love using barrels and alarm trip wires so the flare being able to set them off instantly without needing incendiary is nice. alarm trip wires, dark site bomb and flare make barrels fun. not practical at all since most people see it but its fun. penny shot been calling tho since it looks useful and seems to have more utility.

I got close to 1000 hours and im in that boat, i came back to new maps and compunds have changed. Id go to rotate thinking oh there is a hole in the wall here just to find it patched or a ladder or something. still learning but rotating a lot seems to help surprisingly.

I got mixed feelings on it but i lean more to liking it because on the off chance i bring a sniper its good. also being dual wield main all the cover lets me get in close without having to sweat so much. Issue I've had is people seem to run a lot more on that map. say i got into a fight outside of boss compound with a team that's not bounty carriers. there are so many entrances and exits usually the compound people just book it the moment they hear someone distracted. I've chased so many people to extract on that map compared to others its noticeable. that being said chariot and some traps seem to work better on that map for me.

plus the hell brute wild boss is kinda fun

you get more of a feel for it as you go, learn to listen for sound cues and find a loadout that fits your playstyle, when i first started playing i died so often i went broke and hid in bushes a lot. Its a learning curve like any extraction shooter. once you have put some time in you can figure it out. use free hunters and use the wellspring mode to get a feel and work out the mechanics and build from there. Its a lot at first and its not everyone thing but if you really wanna figure it our itll takes time.

free ones will have random guns and items, some good some bad, good way to feel out the guns and your playstyle, the soul ones you start with just a random weapon from a select category. while playing tho you can find guns and gear around the map while gathering clues to activate a wellspring. once activated it becaomes more BR i guess with people rushing to kill whoever has it "if you have it your the boss target now". If your able to survive you keep all the gear and traits you found. you dont spend any money on gear in that mode so win or lose you only go up. good way to get better at learning the maps and shooting without any real risk. just more gunfighting than regular game mode. either way free will teach you the core game and the solo wellspring mode will give you guns, money and experience in general.

Well the AHA records showed the chairmen that the sculptor was an issue before. It’s returned so it probably could a gain. The main issue is the AHA instead of trying to remove the corruption and sculptor tried to profit off the incident leading to its fracture and downfall. Originally they wanted to delete the sculptor and fix things but when they realized the sculptor can basically print bounties and rich people would pay for poor people to hunt and bet on them then the hunt association went to crap. Why fix the issue when you can profit off it

It’s been awhile but I think the issue was that as the world modernized the need for hunters was becoming less and less. In the AHA most of whatever cryptids or monsters were in the US were about hunted out and becoming a hunter was less and less profitable so when an entity showed up that could print monsters some of the hunters and suits of the AHA saw an opportunity to grow again. Tho veterans hated the idea and some were just nuts like sheriff harden
