the only two recommendations i have are probably trying to underclock your gpu slightly when playing hunt, i've seen reports of that helping with this specific issue, and i've also read mentions of gpu driver updates and downgrades fixing it. I dont understand what solution you want us to give you tbh, people who camp compounds have been an issue since this game came out and will continue to be a problem into the future. they arent cheating, arent breaking the rules or anything, its a playstyle and one that has been known to net success. Any way you think to counter campers has already been talked about.

If you dont push them, they dont win the game, you can sit outside a compound on all sides for all 45 mins the game allows if you wanted to and guarantee you all lose if you really wanted to.

theres been many times I've been killed by someone I could not figure out where they were from, though its usually a ghille suit jesse buchanan with a sniper

or a ghostface with a silenced gun
