Most of the times, This is the shader catching screen problem. And you need to clear the folder to stop caching over and over again.
So... In your steam folder, find hunt folder. Go inside , find User folder and delete Shaders folder.
Next time you boot up it will cache the shaders and after that you will be fine, hopefully.
Also having Hunt on a SSD or m2 drive will be very helpful.
