And my point was that QM loadouts (Esp. 3 slot rifle + Shotgun) are just too strong, and one way (Imho) to balance those out would be having to choose between a more balanced loadout for both longer range and close range (i.e. two 2 slot weapons, which wouldn't be as good as their 3 slot counterparts in their respective range) or a 3 slot + 1 slot loadout which excels at it's respective range more than their 2 slot counterparts.

right. so why not just add a little something to help remembering about that glow range? it's not much. and unlike other things, like learning to swat a hive cloud, the dark vision is not as learnable: you only have feedback (orange glow) if there are people, and that is within 75 meters. i took me quite some tiiiiiiime to learn that

Most of the time you're probably gonna be rocking 3 bars (each worth 50HP) but you can have it split into smaller bars of 25HP each
You can, at max, have 150HP

Fire damage eats away at your health bar itself. Not just damage but your actual maximum HP

poison bombs will do large amounts of damage if you stay in the cloud
But the poison effect itself doesnt damage
Bleeding's also important to know
It's just generic tick damage, but there is 3 seperate tiers to it
Light, medium, heavy
Light bleeding is more of an annoyance than anything. Some HP lost but you patch it in like a second
Heavy bleeding however is a problem
Large HP loss and takes forever to patch
To note btw @trim knoll, if you're on fire or bleeding, putting out the fire/stopping the bleeding pauses the damage

Heavy bleeding you pull out the medkit to stop it fast, becasue it will take longer to just use the Stop Bleeding prompt, during which you are unable to shoot and are slower and easier to get shot.

Downside you use 1 of 3 medkit charges, but can get them back from looting.

On that note, you can use a medkit when on fire/bleeding instead of just stopping it, which will also heal you
And, like just stopping it, will pause the damage
(Also, vitality shots can stop bleeding, something I recently found out)

Speaking of loot though (especially during events), you can loot a lot of hunter upgrades (traits, xp) and Hunt Dollars just running around. We wiped a lobby in the first 10 mins and we farmed the map for 30 minutes. Left with 1000s of Hunt Dollars and 10 extra traits.
