it's been a long asked for feature. the reason people want to not match with them is the same reason a lot of people don't like randos at all. and it's communication. a premade duo is likely on discord in a private voice channel and will not include the third in their voice comms.

As long as you stand still when you fire you can hit reliably at most compound fight distances

Extraction shooter is just like the moba trend and battleroyale. It became a trend, a lot of developers tried to join it and most of them failed.

The rule of thumb in game balancing seems to be "slow firing = massive damage, rapid-firing = the faster it fires, the lower the damage". Hunt devs seem to have lost the way there a bit with Cyclone and Dolch and whatnot.

i dont mind power weapons, as long as they are 1. hard to obtain and 2. Not spammable in terms of purchase power

Something that a lot of these extraction shooters do with their design that I feel is basically the equivalent of painting yourself into a corner with no way out, is having progression system that includes power gain, this creates SO many problems that are immensely hard to solve in a good way.
