1: People tends to melee bosses to death, usually by finding in world melee weapon spawns. Bosses can be kited quite easily, you can practice on the butcher and spider in the tutorial :)

You mean powder kegs? Placement options are somewhat limited but damn are those things common. They're everywhere in compounds -> send a teammate on gunpowder collection tour as you fight the boss -> every door is a claymore mine now.

Incendiary ammo is even more fun now because there is always a powder keg you can shoot.

on one hand, its very easy to bounce frag arrows off of walls to prevent it from getting dauntless'd
making even suggesting dauntless as counterplay irrelevant

on the other hand, you can't really hide the alerts from darksight with vigilant
