My dad is way out of his fast reaction gaming time so getting into close fights is almost always death, so he prefers sniping and moving in to loot when it's clear. There is no hunt rulebook, everyone can play the way they want, even if you hate it. I hate it too, but i let people do what they want. Unless those people get lucky and wipe my team, they're usually free kills.

That depends on the server you are playing i would say. In EU you can get more people together, who are 2-4 stars, then on other servers. So the likelyhood on EU is greater to be matched with people, that at least somehow represent your skill, while on servers who are less populated, you mostly go up against people, that play for a longer time
