ofc i can't speak for all of those teams, but some people sometimes do extract without a fight because they needed the mood boost after an hours long losing streak, or in fact they needed the money for example because they just prestiged, or they simply do not have the patience for the other team to come and they don't feel like waiting when they just can get the guaranteed money/win.
