So I was thinking that the reason the zombies are there is because the spider Butcher and other bosses soon to be added are the reasons the zombies, armored,hives,and meatheads are in the game
but the bosses just keep escaping from banishment and that is why they keep sending hunters. and the Hunters are employed by personal companies which if you can banish the bosses you gain control of the state
when the bosses escape then if you can banish it then you get the state if someone else banishes it they get the state (by you I mean the company you are employed by same with they)
(it could be a feature that you would have a leaderboard where it would say something like "The top state controllers" were it would show the people with the most banishes)

Page 7 of Louisiana Law book is talking about a document in a French-German Library that is talking about sending a shipment to Louisiana that Paragraph states "This Shipment is, perhaps, of a bizarre and even whimsical character, as it contains prototypes of a highly experimental nature." saying that there is something in the shipment that is a bizarre thing that is highly experimental meaning that they are using Louisiana as a test experiment and if you read the paragraph below you will see that Dr. Jones is sending something to Louisiana that is potentially harmful he stated "I need not call your attention to the signs of the times. This evil of which you speak of follows us both in various forms. We must all face down our own demons, though what you face sound to be of a particularly vile nature."
I thought that when he said "though what you face sounds to be of a particularly vile nature" is complimented by a hunter named Alessandro Guardini saying "When I became a member of the esteemed Hunting lodge St. Leopold I told myself this finally was what I was looking fr. Making prey out of the most accomplished hunter in this world" and "Hunting people instead of animals" also " I have no interest in measuring wits with the dumb, precisely that is why I can't wait to get to reach new Orleans, this first open hunt is my chance to impress Dr.Jones and hopefully qualify for better hunting parties in the future. The society understands what a hunter actually needs" and followed up with "A real hunter need no prey, for prey may, by definition, never hope to win . Therefore since the hunter would never lose, there is no skill involved" with the final 3 remarks being " Nay, a hunter needs a demon, for lack of a better term." "a true hunter needs another true hunter" "let the games begin"
so far I believe that Dr. Jones has brought the monster to Louisiana and it reanimated the corpses of the dead which was killed off by the yellow Fever

I would like to take a moment to put out a rather blunt opinion. I think that any theory that comes out that say the AHA has a public global presence is incorrect. Such as the president sending in the AHA to deel with the sickness, hunters gaining control of a state, public recruiting, or the zombies being something that is public knowledge ect. I think this because the director of the AHA mentions the importance of maintaining the secrecy of the AHA, even going so far to imply that if he discloses too much he would not even have the time to glote. I think we should think of the AHA as less of a public figure and more of... In modern terms... That one organization you search the dark web for, find a contact, meats with you, takes you to a puppet company for a new contact, you waite for a call for three weeks, and then you get a call with an incripted voice on the other end. We seem to have been overlooking that this is supposed to be a secret society in some of are thearys... And some of them just don't make sense for a secret society. (I apologize if im sounding rood. Im not trying to be. I just wanted to bring up something i thought we should take in mind when we craft are theorys.)

Few things that would be visible even on a bloated corpse like meathead.
- Female areola is far bigger and more defined than males.
- There is clear fat pattern in Meathead bloating doesn't sag the adbomen is fat and that is a male fat disposition pattern compared to how it would deposit on male
- Men have bigger hands than women usually.
- The little resemblance of human vocal cords that still work give lower pitch which is again a male trait, no matter how big, fat or bloated if vocal-cords work they will shift depending on their natural range. (High pitch goes higher, low pitch goes lower)
Cleavers are usually designed for male grip aka bigger hands and considering timeline.... Meathead has full grip on his cleaver something even a bloated female couldn't achieve.
On the point nr. 4 you could say "Ow it's the leech making sound" listen to the shedded leeches they are squeakers so even if under influence of leeches the air passing through vocal-cords or w/e remains of them is that of a male. Only higher pitch scream that meathead releases is the burning agony scream which is ironically a distorted scream similar to that of a grunt.
Additional reinforcement come from "Look at the Hive" she is decaying torn to shreds in the chest but you can still recognize her vocal range to that of a female.
