They worked with him for most of their adolescence and they each became very proficient with a few weapons. One day someone came and killed their blacksmith mentor so they killed him and started going on a killing spree. Lynch heard stories about them and went to recruit them basically to work for the aha and do some killing that she needed done. Then one of the twins realized they were being manipulated by lynch and talked to some serpent god or something. I don’t know much more than that

the wellspring is a pocket of potent energy that sometimes appears within the hunting grounds.
all hunters are damned, some more than others, the serum they take to keep themselves from turning into grunts/gives them hunter powers causes a spiritual disease over time. this diseases is affected by unknown factors, sometimes luck, sometimes determination, but a lot of hunters succumb anyway, and eventually they waste away, unless they can procure the energy from a wellspring or receive a treament from someone who has captured the wellspring. the energy within seems to be able to restore whatever it is that the serum eats away, maybe their soul or some other spiritual energy.

there are records of multiple Sculptors, this one has the ability to control multiple entities at once, as well as clone and resurrect souls/demons. story is kinda all over, but in the early days yes, the AHA were using the creatures/demons for profit and not really doing much to get the Sculptor. the OG dude in charge of the Louisiana branch was killed because of this. That kinda broke things, with hunters splitting up. Chary came in and stared trying to steal the sculptor's powers/take control of the moon. that started the Moon trilogy.

it's both biological and demonic- bugs are a major player, but the initiation uses a demon to give hunters their powers. the sculptor copies things they like, which is why meatheads are the same, copies of grunts, armors, etc...

blind lady (the prescient) got her symbol from doing the dark ritual that night seer showed her so she could see the future , but in luz mala lore says she took the rifle from someone who was " on a dark path" and named it del ojo. She probably killed someone in night seers cult to get the weapon and named it after all the eye symbols on it, so they might not be connected .

Well we've got the Prescient, who can see due to some voodoo magic, so I'd presume Granny did something similar- but technically hunters see in dark sight when they close their eyes, so anyone blind could in theory become not blind by virtue of the initiation/injection. Revenant is also alive cause of voodoo magic. I mean, we've got the widow and kev who are both dead but alive from moon magic/chary's black magic soooo magic def a thing.

I can think of three:

  1. the Prodigal Daughter’s “Harbinger” pistol was stated to be taken off a dead body
  2. The Fugitive stole the “Felon’s Six” off a guard to make her escape
  3. Sheriff Hardin may enjoy his “Brass Flower” pistol, but his interview suggests that he’s just as fine with using anything he can get his hands on.

Oh there is talk of the Sculptor influencing the monster Nian that's related to North Star and the Sovereign's backstory. They successfully killed it and were recruited by Huff to take care of the Sculptor's corruption in Louisiana. But again, the details are vague about whether China had a structured system like the AHA

I know i've read that the Hunter Association is global, and like Loreman said, the AHA is the american branch. We've had multiple Sculptors over the years, but there is of course no mention (that I know of) on how the prior ones have been dealt with. I figure most of the new foreign hunters we are getting are a result of either Kevin's letters, or Finch recruiting from other branches, unless we start rewinding time some

Considering how the AHA ist plagued by internal power struggles i have my doubts that other branches are really that cooperative. I think of the HA more as a network for Outerworldly Wetwork. I also have a feeling that the Bayou offers some kind of mythical attraction to the strangest of hunters. If the HA was more cooperative there would be much better comparisons between different incidents of this kind.

I doubt there’s any far reaching cooperation between hunters, besides the AHA, and even that is tenuous at best. The American branches actively fuck each other over. The hunters from china and japan seem to act more or less independently in response to threats, or the Nian. The Arabic Sinners seem to be a decently composed group, but we know little about them

True. I feel the biggest draw is the bounty, they come to work. Not really in it for American bullshit, just here to get paid. Until Kev called out the recent gals, seemed like most the hunters we got from across the globe weren't really giving a shit about the events/Chary/the moon and those that were involved were mostly american or given a reason to be involved (looking at you fau pertch and viper).

No, it was just the southern branch, based in Louisiana, the northern one based in NY, and an unmentioned western branch
