Hey Gamers, local Australian man here. You may have seen my posts in the event-callouts channel recently where I'm trying to organise group content in AO.
The motivation for doing so is during my recent tenure in AO I have heard time and time again that people feel forced to go it solo until they cant or choose to be their own team. Its a given as I play at what I call the graveyard hours but I still want to try help fix that.
However what I've found difficult with getting the ball rolling (apart from my timezone) is first not doing my research and not knowing when its best to organise them for. That's what this forum post is about. I want to create a discussion and hear ideas/interests on what you'd like to see and do as a group and set up a schedule to do so.
The intention initially will be a weekly get together and something like pande/12M/APF's, but past that I'm not opposed to anything really. Harder content? Sure lets give it a go. Level as a group? great, some of my fondest memories come from that. Get together to knock over a troublesome quest? Lets tee it up and knock over DB quest.
I will (hopefully, still new to this stuff) create a poll below with a series of times and I just need you to select the ones that work best for you on the weekend. It will be a once or twice a week get together on weekends because I think everyone's lives are just too busy during the week, mine included.
I will run the poll for about a week and then develop a schedule at the time that works best and organise something happening at that time weekly. It could expand in the future to be more frequent/at a different time depending on.
Feel free to submit ideas on what you'd like to see in the replies and let's see if we can start something.
The rules would be simple, I consider myself friend to all until you prove otherwise, be that friendly community that continues to make this game survive.
