No, the one file controls IP distribution on every character/account using the installation.

I'm going to post this here instead of an individual comment on each page, are we going to remove weapon IP from every prof to prevent railroading, like you have for pistol on NT? I suppose some can stay, Keeper is pretty heavily 2he, right?
Yeah, the blatently obvious ones can stay
but I think for profs which have multiple pathways such as Enf should be agnostic

Would need to put a note wherever this is hosted specifying that, either they need to put weapon in themselves or remember to boost it before hitting "suggest"
