What do you mean, what cons have you seen? For me it would be to retain app support going further from here mainly and some nice features of iOS 15.

One thing that makes me want to stay on iOS 14 would be that youd have to wait again for a jb since you cant futurerestore to 15.1
If I really wanted to be on ios 15 id just rather buy a phone on that version than wait for a jb to be released
My springboard resprings 3-4 times a week when it usually reaches 300 mb of physical memory usage (it stays below 100 mb with no tweaks enabled), any tweak that is known for leaking memory? I do not wish to modify jetsam either

yeah thats a lot of tweaks, try disabling a few tweaks at a time with icleaner pro to see if you can find which tweaks are giving you problems
