If you want to update to iOS 15.4.1, as of right now you can update to iOS 15.4.1 via Delay OTA until Aug 13 and everything should be compatible and no iOS 15.5 Beta 4 is not better then 15.4.1 because it’s a beta, and with that comes a very annoying beta popup and it’s a beta so it wouldn’t be as stable as a stable release (obvious)
You could also use your blobs its also compatible

So currently basically I'm running 14.2.1 and am jailbroken, I checked the SEP/BB compatibility and see it's compatible still for 15.4 - 15.5 and I also have my blobs saved too. So technically I have everything I need, and should be able to update seamlessly, correct?

Honestly I had no plans to upgrade but one banking app AMEX no longer supports lower than 14.5 and some apps starting to require 14.8 for updates so it's not a good sign. I only have a few tweaks such as App Manager, Covert Text, OneHandWizard and Call Recorder which sucks I won't have but I can wait honestly and try to live without it. The SEP/BB compatibility is my huge worry as I won't be able to update once it breaks so I might as well jump to 15.4.1 and stay there. Unless 15.5 Beta 4 is better in anyway?
