why am i getting no trust popup?

i only get this popup, not trust. Itunes cant see my device because of it.

i can see the photos in windows explorer btw. But i cant use itunes,blobsaver etc

to ensure that the driver is installed, extract the itunes installer with something like 7zip then in the iTunes64Setup folder install the "AppleMobileDeviceSupport64.msi" package
