My Iphone 11 never prompts "trust this device" only "allow this device to access photos and videos".

(tried almost everything, hard resetting the iphone, resetting all it's settings, reinstalled itunes(Removed all folders on the pc containing "Apple", or "ICloud" in its name) & rebooted the pc.)

Any help is appreciated ty!

No

Erase all content and settings just wipes user data from the phone

This may sound odd, but try a different cable. I’ve had the same issue before and it was solved with a simple try with another cable. Some apple cables don’t have data transfer, and if it doesn’t, the iPhone will charge but not recognize any device

#

Apple cable… lol I meant iPhone chargers

Not trying to revive something but my phone did the same thing when plugged into USB 2.0 and it requires me plugging it into a USB 3.0 Port.

Just as a rule of thumb, USB 3.0 has a blue plastic thingy inside the port whereas 2.0 has a black thingy inside the port

Im cleaning reg keys now and ill see if that will let the itunes installer installing the missing files

#

yea nvm still didnt do the trick

#

If keys are missing you can run the iTunes repair installer otherwise yeah it’s a USB port issue and so you should try other ports

#

If your phone is accessible via iTunes when plugged in then it should work, otherwise reinstall iTunes then try that

You may wanna consult that with Apple themselves then in their live chat as I don’t believe this discord could suggest anything related to iTunes itself unless someone specifically has a know how
